   REFLECTIONS DETAILING ASSOCIATION
  June 21, 2002

Dear Reflections Members and Mobile Detailers,

In the past several months we've had many people join the association. As part of our commitment to develop the incomes of the Reflections Members we will be sending out periodic e-mails and voice mails to keep you up to date on the latest "happenings" in your association.

The mission of this association is 3 fold. This three part mission is as follows:

To put immediate income into the pockets of peoples all across North America regardless of their current situation through teaching the essence of mobile detail and general service income sources.

To teach the power of duplication that will allow all associate members to leverage themselves through Direct Service / Direct Sales / and most importantly through Multilevel Marketing.

And finally, to teach the principles within our compensation plan that will enable all members to move to the top of the compensation plan. Thus maximizing everyone potential.

We already have mobile detailers earning $30,000, $40,000 and some over $50,000 a year. Their efforts should be applauded. Those monies are significant and for many of them this is their only source of income. But as I mentioned in our mission, well will help each of them to effectively maximize their efforts and properly maximize their incomes in the coming year.

Keeping in mind that mobile detailing is primarily linear income, income that you trade your time for dollars. For the most part that income just goes away when you stop detailing. Therefore in the upcoming months we will share with you how to share the "Business Behind the Bottle" with every owner whose car you detail. And for those of you who detail fleets we'll teach you how to share the business in that situation too.

Let me take another moment and share one idea with you that has already proven to be a money maker for many detailers across North America. It's being referred to as PRE PAID CAR CARE SERVICE. It's very simple and it creates a more consistent cash flow in your business. You have a standard price set for a full or partial vehicle detail. You also have a price set for follow-up services or wipe downs where you simply wet wipe the vehicle instead of using the product (used only after you have done their vehicle twice with product). You detail the vehicle and collect for all 5 jobs (2 details 3 wipe downs) in advance. You then set dates that is convenient for the customer to do the next 4 services. It's really that simple and the customer enjoys the idea of knowing that their car is covered for the next month or 2. Then ask your customer for a referral and tell them that should their referral use your services you'll give them one additional FREE wipe down at the end of the cycle...3 referrals...2 FREE wipe downs and so on. Five referrals that each uses your services and that customer's next DETAIL is FREE.

You can build a huge clientel with this PRE PAID CAR CARE SERVICE system and a satisfied customer is your BEST form of advertising. And, a satisfied customer will give you many referrals.

One more thing;

You can also work within the Reflections association by providing service to your customer when they travel. No matter where they go they will be near a REFLECTIONS member who would welcome the opportunity to service their vehicle and help them look good on the road.

For those members wishing to contact me directly or for those wishing to join this elite group of detailers, you can reach me at VM 702-471-5923 or e-mail hawgwash@bigplanet.com Remember; you are in a PRIME TIME BUSINESS at the PRIME TIME!

Best wishes,

Steve Hill
