Las
Vegas Event!

Our conference in Las Vegas was great. There
was excitement, fun, and a lot of camaraderie. There was also some terrific
education, and motivation. The speakers were excellent, and the training
right on! It was a great time for everyone there, and speaking for Gabi
and myself, we really had a memorable time.
But something was not quite right, and we noticed
it.
We missed you! You know who I am referring
to. We missed your smile and all that you add to our business. We feel bad
that you were not there to join in the celebration of all of our new horizons.
Several people asked about you, and we said,
"oh, something came up, and they could not make this one, but they will
be in Orlando." We really hope we were right in our answer. Its really not
to late to catch up at all! In fact, the time could not be better to make
plans and to begin mapping out the year 2002!
Plan on Orlando in January. Don't miss being
there to re-kindle old friendships, and see all the new exciting things

The decision not to come to an event, is a
big choice. Often we regret that we stayed home after we hear of all that
we missed. For this reason, I want to ask you to plan now to be with us
at our next event. Make the decision now and organize the travel schedule.
If there is something we can do to help, don't hesitate to ask.
We want to see you there, and we know you want
to go! So lets make plans now for our reunion in the land of Disney, where
the real "Future World" will be at the Eastern DWG International Conference,
January, 2002!
We missed you in Vegas, but knowing we will
see you in Orlando raises our expectations, and commitment to make it the
best event ever.

what Erhard & Ilse Arndt thought of their first DWG National Event.
We are new distributors to DWG. In September
we were sponsored by Don Smith as
Quick Start Directors. Since we are serious about developing our business with
DWG, we decided that it was important to attend the Las Vegas Conference.
We were not disappointed. As new distributors, the learning experience was especially
important and essential to our fledgling, startup business.
The list of the benefits we took away with
us from the Conference is quite long. Not wanting to bore you, we have listed
these benefits specifically at
the bottom of this letter. If you are interested,

Even though we live on the West Coast and Don
resides on the East Coast, with all the Hi-Tech modern conveniences, distance
is not an obstacle to communicating effectively & obtaining
support. "Where there is a will there is a way".... and Don certainly has demonstrated
both the former and the latter to us. Judging from the awards he
received at the Conference many other people at DWG feel the same way.
The approx. 200 DWG attendees came from all
over the USA and Canada. They are,
obviously a "tough", courageous bunch because they were not deterred by the tragic, devastating events of September
11th. Many other Conferences across America & Las Vegas had been
canceled.
The next DWG Conference in Orlando is only
a few months away. The decision to attend or not to attend should be carefully
considered by everyone who is interested
not only in promoting their own business, but also in supporting the future of the American Dream and the
economy that supports it.
We wish all of you much success as you teach
others to reach for their dreams as they "Squirt the Dirt".!!

1. DWG Leaders
We heard Rod Yanke, Drew Earl & Jim Adams
speak. The "mission statement" of the
DWG leadership is critical to the future & continuing success of the company.
We now believe and trust that these 3 DWG leaders are drawing from valuable
& difficult past experiences
and BECAUSE of these experiences are capable
of moving the company forward on a sound footing
and solid foundation.
2. Leading Distributors
As novice, new distributors it was important
for us to hear, firsthand, what
the successful distributors have been doing to grow their business. After
hearing the various "testimonials" of those who are earning top
$$s it is easy to accept their methods
and it motivated us to follow their examples. If they can do it....why couldn't we?
3. The future goals of DWG
New improved products
were introduced. For instance: The Conference attendees were
introduced to the new DWG Powerblast waterless car wash aerosol product

Any questions or concerns re: environment, ozone, etc. were dispelled
on the spot. Attendees received free cans and were the first to
use the new product and to purchase the product at reduced shipping costs.
4. Supportive Marketing Products
For us, as new distributors, we needed to obtain
all of the available marketing tools. We got our "hands on the
following" items:
The newest marketing Video .... just introduced
at the Conference. We subscribed to the newly offered, individualized,
customized,
> > personal DWG Website to which we
could refer future contacts, customers or distributors. Any future purchases made
on-line at "our" website will automatically accrue to our pin number and
will be posted to our DWG account. We purchased the new computer disks - Reflections,
as a supportive tool for those distributors who
desire to develop a detailing business. We were able to make the most suitable
selection for magnetized signs for our car. We purchased them on the spot
and have already had people
talk to us about the product because of these signs. We
received information regarding Voice Mail & Precision Printing & Signs, including business cards and other
important visuals. We received the new, revised price list
which includes the Powerblast 1500 item & other pertinent forms &
written materials.
There were so many other sources of information,
including motivational speaker, Richard Neihart's,
audio album "Our Changing
Times" Who's in Charge of your Cheese", "Success
begins with 'Why'?" etc. In Conclusion: We
came to realize that DWG's slogan "Simply the Best" does not only
apply to the products, but also to their Distributors...
to each person's value system, to his/her goals & aspirations.
We had opportunity to meet several of the DWG leaders and distributors. We
agreed & identified with their
values and goals. Successful distributors at DWG help others
to realize their dreams. These dreams are usually not limited only to financial
success. In helping others we share in their success & fulfillment
by a chain-reaction & process of multiplication. Life doesn't get much better
than that!
